<p>If you live outside the UK and wish to return an item purchased from montane.com please follow the return steps outlined below</p><p>You have 30 days to return an item purchased from montane.com.</p><p><br></p><h2 id="how-do-i-return-an-international-package">How do I return an international package?</h2><ul><li id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">You should be able to return the items in the original packaging which the item was delivered.</li><li id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">Please include your order number (6 digit number beginning with #) either inside the package or on the packaging itself.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Please ensure that the package is carefully resealed and secure for transit.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">We are unable to provide Freepost returns for international orders.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Please ensure our returns address (see below) is clearly displayed on the outer parcel, crossing out your own delivery address to avoid delays if you are reusing the packaging.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items until they arrive in our returns department. Up to this point the item you are returning is your responsibility.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage and tracking details.
