How do I join My Montane Rewards?
Simply create an account and start collecting points. You will receive 1000 points when you set up an account. If you already have an account check your balance in the account area when you log in. Learn more about My Montane Rewards here.
How do I collect points?

How do I find out my points balance?
Log in to your account and look at the My Reward Points tab. You will also receive an email at the end of each month which includes a balance.
How do I spend points?
To redeem your points for a discount code, begin by clicking the menu in the top left of the page:. Then click the button at the bottom that says "Account":. From this screen, click the drop down and select "My Reward Points":. Scroll down on this pa
How do the Refer a Friend points work?
Click the refer a friend box on the My Montane Rewards page, follow the instructions and you will each receive 2000 points (which is equivalent to 20% off).
How long are reward points valid for?
Points are valid for 12 months, after this they become void. You will receive a reminder via email that you have outstanding points. For more information please visit our My Montane Rewards page.
Are reward points stackable with other discount codes?
Unfortunately only one discount code can be used at a time. Please redeem your points for a discount code you wish to use. For more information please visit our My Montane Rewards page.
I've lost my discount code, what can I do?
If you've redeemed your points for a discount code but have lost the code, please use our contact form to contact a customer service agent. Please expect a response within 2 working day.
I can't see my points after a purchase?
Your points will be added to your account 30 days after your purchase once the returns period has passed.
Do discounts apply to Outlet products?
We're afraid discount codes do not apply to discounted Outlet products.
