Where can I find my order number to return my item(s)?

You can find your order number in your confirmation email sent to you when you placed your order. This email will have been sent from [email protected]. Your order number will be a 6 digit number starting with a #.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process returns within 2 working days from them being received, refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If I select to return an item for an exchange, does this guarantee the new item for me?

My return has been lost in transit, what should I do?

If your return has been lost in transit one of our advisors needs to help with this. Please use our contact form including your return details and expect a response within 2 working days.

How do I track my return?

When you create your return label you will be given a tracking link allowing you to track your return back to us. This link is also included in your return confirmation email.

Where can I find my pre-paid return label if I don’t print it straight away?

The pre-paid return label will be emailed to you, please check your junk/spam folders. The email will have your order number in the subject line (the 6 digit number starting with #) should you need to search for it.

Can I return an item that was bought for me as a gift?

Please contact the person that gifted the item to you as only the original purchaser can receive a refund. They will need to start the return process.

My refund amount is incorrect, what should I do?

If you refund amount is incorrect one of our advisors needs to help with this. Please use our contact form and expect a response within 2 working days.

I have not received my exchange item, what should I do?

Can I return an item bought from a retailer?

We can only accept items bought directly from our website for refund or exchange. There is a separate policy for warranty and lifetime guarantee issues.
